This well established firm in the heart of Witney is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to assist its busy team.

• You will join a busy and collaborative team spread across 4 offices across the South East consisting of 4 partners and 6 other commercial property fee earners plus support staff.

What will you do?

• Managing a full caseload of Commercial Property work;
• Sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold properties;
• Landlord and tenant matters;
• Acquisition and sale of property for development, land promotion, options, conditional contract and coverage; and
• Acting for lender and pension schemes.

What will you need?

• Experience in Commercial property
• 5+ year experience in a private practice law firm in the UK
