Commercial Property Solicitor

Salary: £62,000-£65,000

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Contract: Permanent

Overview of the Commercial Property Solicitor role

A well established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing Stoke based team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 4 5 years' post qualification experience to work on a broad range of high quality commercial property matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and owner managed businesses, while benefiting from genuine career progression opportunities and ongoing professional development.

Key responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor will include

  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing matters
  • Handling landlord and tenant work, including leases, renewals, assignments, and licences
  • Supporting development and regeneration projects
  • Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial property documentation
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and networking activities

Required experience/qualifications of the Commercial Property Solicitor position will include

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 4 5 years' PQE in Commercial Property
  • Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters
  • Experience managing transactions independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Commercially aware with a proactive and pragmatic approach
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
