• You will join a busy and collaborative team spread across 4 offices across the South East consisting of 4 partners and 6 other commercial property fee earners plus support staff.

What will you do?

• Managing a full caseload of Commercial Property work
• Sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold properties
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Acquisition and sale of property for development, land promotion, options, conditional contract and coverage
• Acting for lender and pension schemes

What will you need?

• Experience in Commercial property
• 5+ year experience in a private practice law firm in the UK
