Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive

Location: Chichester, West Sussex

Working Pattern: Hybrid

PQE: 1-10 years

The Opportunity

A forward thinking and commercially successful regional law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its highly regarded Property team in Chichester.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property lawyer seeking high quality work, long term career progression and a genuinely collaborative working environment focused on excellent client service and professional development.

The Role

You will handle a broad and varied caseload of commercial property matters, managing instructions from start to finish and building strong, lasting client relationships. The role offers a good balance of independence and team support, with exposure to interesting and complex work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a wide range of commercial property transactions
  • Advising clients with accuracy, efficiency and commercial awareness
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Working collaboratively within a supportive and well established team
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory and professional standards
About You

You will ideally have:

  • Between 1 and 10 years' PQE in Commercial Property
  • A strong understanding of commercial property law and procedure
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence working independently while contributing positively to a team
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure
  • A sound knowledge of relevant regulations, including the SRA Handbook and SRA Accounts Rules
