About the Role

A new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ PQE to join a well-established and growing regional practice with a strong presence across Gloucestershire. The firm is known for its high-quality client base, supportive culture, and consistent investment in its people, offering a genuinely collaborative environment with clear progression pathways.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload while working closely with experienced senior solicitors on more complex matters. The role will involve:

• Handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, and lease transactions
• Advising clients on landlord and tenant matters, development work, and secured lending
• Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts, and property agreements
• Managing client relationships with a commercial and pragmatic approach
• Supporting business development initiatives and networking opportunities

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with 2+ PQE in Commercial Property
• Have strong technical knowledge across a range of property matters
• Demonstrate the ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Show excellent client care and communication skills
• Be proactive and keen to contribute to the continued growth of the team
