Job Opportunity: Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive

Location: Chichester, West Sussex/Hybrid (1-10 PQE)

In this role you will be supporting a forward-thinking, commercially successful firm who are seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join its highly regarded Property team. This opportunity is ideal if you are looking to advance your career within a collaborative environment known for excellent client care and strong professional development.

You will handle a broad range of Commercial Property work, confidently building client relationships and managing detailed instructions with accuracy and efficiency. You will be self-motivated, comfortable working independently and within a supportive team and able to process information quickly and precisely. Strong IT skills, excellent communication and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential. A solid understanding of relevant regulations, including SRA Accounts Rules and the SRA Handbook, is required.
