The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to handle a varied, high-quality caseload while working with a diverse range of clients, including SMEs, property developers, and landowners.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Drafting and renewing business leases for both landlords and tenants
• Deeds of Grant
• Deeds of Variation
• Deeds of Assignment
• Overage Agreements
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial property documents
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting business development and contributing to team growth

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to be:

• A Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Experienced in commercial property matters with strong technical knowledge
• Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
• Client-focused with a proactive, team-oriented approach
