Commercial Property Solicitor

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied, high-quality caseload, advising a broad range of clients from SMEs to property developers and landowners.

The Role

Managing a diverse commercial property caseload, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Drafting and renewing business leases (acting for both landlords and tenants)
• Deeds of Grant
• Deeds of Variation
• Deeds of Assignment
• Overage agreements
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial property documentation
• Providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice to clients
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to team growth

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law
• Commercial awareness and a solution-focused approach
• Excellent communication and client-care skills
• Proactive, collaborative and team-oriented mindset
