An established firm in Nottingham is searching for a commercial property solicitor to join their growing team.

The Role:
You will join a busy and respected commercial property team advising a broad client base including national developers, investors, local authorities, corporate occupiers, and public sector bodies. The role will involve a mix of:
Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
Commercial landlord and tenant matters
Property finance
Development and regeneration projects
Portfolio management
The team is friendly, dynamic, and well-integrated with the firm's wider commercial and corporate offering, providing a strong platform for cross-disciplinary work and client exposure.

Candidate Requirements:
Ideally 2-6 years' PQE in commercial property, though more experienced candidates are welcome to apply
Solid technical background in real estate work with a commercial and solutions-focused approach
Strong client-facing skills and a collaborative working style
Desire to progress within a leading firm with clear development routes
