Job Details

• Up to 3 days a week working from home and flexible working options.

Responsibilities

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor's caseload will include landlord and tenant work, commercial and residential developments, and property finance matters.

Requirements

You will have at least 4 years' Commercial Property experience gained within another regional or national law firm and a proven track record handling your own caseload.

Client Interaction

You will be advising a wide range of clients from investors, developers, financial institutions, and major PLCs, requiring the commercial awareness and communication skills to adapt to all situations and client requirements.
