Commercial Property Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a multi-award-winning law firm based in Doncaster. They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team on a full-time basis.

If you have experience in Property Law and are looking for a new challenge, then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This role pays a competitive salary of £30,000 - £50,000 annum depending on experience and is on a Hybrid basis.

Responsibilities as a Commercial property Solicitor:

• Handle your own Property Caseload from start to completion.
• Negotiating and drafting transactional paperwork, production of advice and guidance to clients
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base

About you as a Property Commercial Property Solicitor:

• Strong knowledge and understanding in property law.
• Qualified Solicitor/ Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in Commercial Property (essential)
• Good communication skills written and verbal
• Friendly, approachable and professional attitude
