TSR Legal has recently been instructed by a well-regarded multi-office Welsh law firm, currently looking to add an additional NQ - 4 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join the expanding Commercial Property department based in Swansea.

The firm's Commercial Property department is renowned for its high level of advice and service, with extensive experience in a broad range of matters including:

1. Landlord and tenant issues
2. Lease renewals
3. Lease negotiations
4. Acquisitions and disposals of leaseholder properties
5. Property portfolio management

Candidates should have knowledge of handling a broad range of commercial property matters during their training contract.
