Commercial Property Solicitor - Bury St Edmunds - &;50,000-&;65,000 DOE - Hybrid

A highly regarded law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor with around 3-5 years' PQE to join its established team in Bury St Edmunds.

The role offers the opportunity to run your own caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues on a broad range of commercial property matters. The team advises businesses of all sizes across areas including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, development work and renewable energy projects.

You'll have direct client contact and responsibility for your own matters, with the support of a friendly and collaborative team around you.

The firm is looking for someone who can:

• Manage their own commercial property caseload
• Build strong and lasting client relationships
• Advise clients confidently on legal issues, costs and scope of work
• Draft legal documents and reports
• Work collaboratively and support colleagues
• Maintain strong financial and matter management

Business development, presentation skills and an interest in helping develop the wider team would be advantageous.
