Commercial Property Solicitor - Bristol - Flexible Hybrid Working - Up to £70k A well-regarded national law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with solid Commercial Property experience to join a collaborative department handling a varied, high-quality caseload for an impressive client base.The Role:

• Join a respected Commercial Property team within a wider Business Legal Services department
• Work with a diverse client base including national manufacturers and distributors, commercial lenders, pension providers, housing associations, commercial landlords and tenants, SME developers and charities
• Handle a broad range of Commercial Property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and secured lending
• Contribute to the continued growth of the team through networking and business development activities

Ideal Pre-Requisites:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
• Experience handling real estate acquisitions and disposals, commercial landlord and tenant work, and secured lending matters.
• Ability to manage files independently while working effectively as part of a team
• Strong technical knowledge combined with a commercial and pragmatic approach
• Interest in business development and building professional networks
