A well-regarded boutique commercial property practice is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-4 PQE) to join its growing Cardiff team. • Acquisitions and disposals of all property types
• Commercial leases
• Business asset purchases and sales
• Joint venture agreements

• Option agreements
• Overage and clawback agreements
• Portfolio management
• Property finance
• Residential property investment
