Role: Commercial Property Surveyor

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Surveyor to join a respected, multi-disciplinary property consultancy. This role offers the chance to lead a dynamic commercial property team, delivering a full range of services to clients across Leicestershire.

You will manage a varied portfolio of retail, industrial, office, and development properties, with responsibilities including:

• Lease reviews, rent negotiations, and property inspections
• Tenant management and client relationship building
• Compliance oversight, transition management, and legal coordination
• Driving business development and identifying new opportunities

The ideal candidate will be:

• RICS qualified (or working towards)
• Experienced in managing commercial, industrial, and retail portfolios
• Confident navigating property legislation and regulatory changes
• A proactive, organised, and collaborative team player
