Commercial Property Manager - Tenant & Operations Lead

Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd is seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio in Richmond upon Thames. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own tenant relationships, building operations, maintenance, compliance and service charge management to ensure assets are operated efficiently and to the highest standard.

The role requires experience in commercial property management, strong organisational and communication skills, and
