You'll handle a varied and stimulating caseload for a diverse client base, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants and commercial occupiers.

Work will include:

• Freehold & leasehold acquisitions/disposals

• Commercial leases (granting, renewing, terminating)

• Development site acquisitions/disposals

• Landlord & tenant matters

• Secured lending & property finance

• Corporate transaction support
