Commercial Property Lawyer

A local authority based in the Kent location is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer for an initial period of 3 months.

The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will undertake an extensive legal caseload of complex property and regeneration related work.

You will undertake the following duties:

• Advise on landlord and tenant work.
• Assist and advise on regeneration projects.
• Advise on a broad range of matters, alongside drafting various property documents.
• Expertise on large scale re-development and lettings of retail centres.

The role is remote working, although if some office attendance is possible, that is always advantageous. The client is paying between £39- 55 per hour.

Qualified solicitor, barrister or chartered legal executive or other qualified lawyer with local government experience. You must have a current practising certificate.

Due to the urgent nature of the role, we are seeking candidates available on no more than 2 weeks' notice.
