Job Description
Position Overview 
We are seeking a Commercial Property Associate Solicitor with 4+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our growing law firm located close to Bishop's Stortford and Stansted. Hybrid working arrangements are offered, and the firm has ambitious growth plans for the next 2-3 years.
Responsibilities- Acquisitions, disposals, leases and developments
- Lease renewals and development agreements
- Portfolio management
- Property finance matters
- Providing clear, commercial, and solution-focused advice to clients
- Liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders, and other professional advisers
- Contributing to business development initiatives and the wider growth of the department
- £60,000 - £70,000 depending on level of PQE
- High-quality commercial property work for a strong and diverse client base
