Description:

We are delighted to be recruiting a Commercial Property / Infrastructure Solicitor on behalf of a leading commercial law firm with offices in Cork and Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded Property and Infrastructure team, advising public and private sector clients on complex, high-value transactions and development projects across Ireland.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide variety of commercial property and infrastructure work, while benefiting from a collaborative, supportive, and ambitious team environment.

The Role:
  • Advise on commercial property transactions, acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development.

  • Draft and negotiate property contracts, development agreements, leases, licences, and easements.

  • Provide legal support on infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, planning, and environmental matters.

  • Advise on compulsory purchase and construction-related legal issues.

  • Liaise with clients and external experts to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Manage files independently while contributing to wider team projects.

The Person:
  • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in commercial property and/or infrastructure law.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Irish property law.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Commercially astute, proactive, and solution-focused.
  • A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
