Job Description

• Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with organisational goals.
• Ensure compliance with PCR2015 and PA23 regulations in all procurement activities.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify procurement needs and provide expert advice.
• Lead tendering processes, including drafting and evaluating contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships effectively.
• Deliver cost efficiencies while maintaining service quality standards.
• Support the organisation with procurement-related risk management.
• Promote the adoption of best practices within the procurement and supply chain department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Procurement Business Partner should have:

• Professional qualification in procurement, such as CIPS, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of public sector procurement regulations, including PCR2015 and PA23.
• Proven ability to develop and implement procurement strategies.
• Experience in managing supplier relationships and contracts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify and mitigate procurement risks effectively.
• A proactive approach to achieving value for money in procurement.
