Job Description

• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
• Support procurement processes, including contract negotiation and supplier performance monitoring.
• Oversee all legal aspects of contracts negotiations and analysis, as this is essential for this role.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Analyse market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on procurement performance and KPIs.
• Assist in developing strategies to improve supply chain efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Officer should have:

• Experience in procurement or supply chain roles within the technology & telecoms industry.
• Use to looking through contracts with a legal and commercial mindset, ensuring a fair deal for all involved
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Knowledge of procurement policies and regulatory compliance.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools to support procurement activities.
• A collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
