Job Description
Soul Spaces in London's Farringdon is seeking a Commercial Manager to own pre-construction work, manage cost plans, viability, and ensure readiness before site start. You'll collaborate with design teams, clients and suppliers, training as you go, and take real ownership of a large pre-contract workload.
We value numbers, commercial thinking and Excel skills; 12-24 months experience in estimating, QS or pre-construction.
