Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial delivery of large scale electrical engineering projects from tender stage through to final account.
• Manage business unit revenue, cashflow, forecasting and commercial reporting.
• Oversee contract negotiations, risk management and dispute resolution.
• Drive commercial governance, cost control and profitability across projects.
• Support and mentor Quantity Surveying and commercial teams.
• Collaborate closely with operations, planning, engineering and finance teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management experience within Electrical and/or Mechanical construction projects.
• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, commercial management and project delivery.
• Experience across both pre contract and post contract commercial activities.
• Advanced Excel and strong overall IT proficiency.
