About the Role

Our Commercial Managers are vital to our business, handling both work-winning and project delivery, providing strong leadership, management, governance, and excellence across all commercial activities pre- and post-contract, whether for a single large project or a portfolio.

As our Commercial Manager, you will:

Drive strategic commercial delivery, customer engagement, and repeat business while managing, training, and developing the Commercial Teams.
Utilize planning and project management skills to deliver complex commitments and grow profitability through financial levers.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the commercial function supports other departments such as Design, Operations, and Pre-Construction.
