Our client, a leading provider in the fire suppression industry, is seeking a Commercial Manager to drive growth, manage key relationships, and lead high-performing sales teams. About the Company:

Our client is a specialist in the maintenance and management of fire suppression systems, offering services such as periodic pressure testing, recovery, recycling, certification, and storage of fire suppression agents, including Halons, HFCs, and other ozone-depleting substances (ODS). The Role:

As Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's sales strategy, driving business growth, and managing a team of internal and external sales professionals. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with key OEMs, and ensuring profitability through strategic pricing and contract negotiations. You do not necessarily need an in-depth knowledge within their specific area of fire suppression, as this can be taught, however a strong understanding of the fire industry and a relevant contact base will be essential for being successful in this role.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a commercial leadership role within the fire suppression, fire safety, or related technical industry.
  • Strong B2B sales and business development skills, with a track record of securing high-value contracts.
  • Experience working with major OEMs and key industry stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for driving business success.
