Commitment: Full-time - in-office

Location: Birkenhead

We are an award winning Legal 500 Top Tier law firm located on the Wirral, specialising exclusively in commercial debt recovery, commercial/contract litigation and enforcement. The Directors are both ranked as Leading Partners in Dispute Resolution by Legal 500. We pride ourselves on being approachable, pragmatic, and providing straightforward advice. Our clients range from sole traders to international PLCs, and we handle claims from £1,000 up to several £million.

All Solicitors handle their own caseload and are supervised by a Director.

Salary is commensurate with experience but performance related bonuses allow us to reward Solicitors with very competitive commercial rates.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial/contract law, Civil Procedure Rules and litigation
• Experience in handling debt recovery, contract claims and commercial litigation
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to resolve matters on a pragmatic basis
