Job Description

This leading national law firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor to actively contribute to the development of their commercial litigation department.

Responsibilities

1. Handle a varied commercial litigation caseload including shareholder disputes, contentious probate, building disputes, professional negligence disputes, and partnership disputes.
2. Work directly alongside the partner, demonstrating ambition and drive for career progression.
3. Bring genuine passion for Commercial Litigation and some working knowledge of all aspects of commercial litigation.

Candidate Profile

• Experience within a leading national or regional law firm preferred.
