Commercial Litigation Solicitor

We are looking for a qualified, experienced commercial litigation solicitor to join our growing disputes resolution team.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Civil fraud and asset tracing matters
• Injunctive relief and urgent applications
• Domestic and international arbitration
• Real estate and property-related disputes
• Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional litigation
• Enforcement proceedings and asset recovery
• High court litigation

About the role

The team regularly deals with complex, high-risk matters and works closely with clients to find practical and strategic ways to resolve disputes.

Working closely with established Litigation Partners, you will gain exposure to a broad range of complex, high value and often international disputes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious litigator seeking greater responsibility and a genuine platform for career progression.

The successful candidate will be working independently within a supportive team and will be provided with a high degree of autonomy.
