Are you a talented Commercial Litigation Solicitor seeking to handle high-value, complex disputes in a dynamic, market-leading team?
Our client, a highly ranked law firm in Ipswich, offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse client base-including high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, SMEs, and multi-nationals-on matters that reach the High Court, Court of Appeal, and international arbitration.
The OpportunityYou'll join a specialist team routinely ranked in the top tier by Legal 500 and Chambers, and praised for its technical excellence and client relationships. Expect to:
- Manage your own files and run a broad caseload of commercial disputes
- Interact directly with clients, building long-term relationships
- Assist senior team members on complex cases
- Advise on enforcement of restrictive covenants, shareholder disputes, and more
- Use modern document management, CRM, and time recording systems
- Contribute to business development through articles, networking, and client events
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3-5 years' PQE in commercial litigation
- Strong academic background and excellent technical skills
- Experience advising on complex commercial disputes and enforcement matters
- High attention to detail and consistently high work standards
- Commercially astute, proactive, and client-focused
- Aptitude for business development and relationship building
- Keen interest in career progression and supporting team growth
- Willing to travel weekly to Ipswich if based in Norwich or Chelmsford (expenses covered)
- Competitive salary: £55,000-£70,000 (DOE)
- 25 days' holiday (plus Bank Holidays), rising with service
