Commercial Litigation Solicitor

PQE Required: 2+ years

Role: The duties include managing a broad caseload of commercial and civil litigation, advising on disputes such as contractual claims, judicial review, intellectual property disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, and professional negligence claims. Additional tasks may involve procurement challenges such as evaluation processes, scoring methodologies and limitation considerations. The role also includes business development activities including writing articles, attending events and building a professional profile.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years post qualification experience in commercial litigation
• Strong technical grounding and experience advising on contentious matters, ideally within a recognised firm
• Excellent analytical ability, client care skills and confidence to manage own caseload with appropriate supervision
• Proactive, organised and collaborative, with ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience with procurement disputes advantageous but not essential

Package
