The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be:

  Handling a broad range of commercial and property litigation matters

  Managing possession claims and professional negligence cases

  Leading high-value debt recovery actions

  Advising SME and OMB clients on complex dispute resolution

  Working closely with a supportive, client-focused team

The Successful Applicant

The Commercial Litigation Solicitor should be:

• 
  
  A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE in commercial litigation
• 
  
  Experienced in property litigation and possession claims
• 
  
  Skilled in professional negligence and debt recovery matters
• 
  
  Comfortable advising SME and owner-managed business clients
• 
  
  A confident, proactive communicator with strong case management skills
