Commercial Litigation Senior Associate

The role

You'll be involved in:

• Leading on complex commercial disputes across multiple sectors, including financial services, tech, real estate and more
• Handling litigation, arbitration and ADR matters (often with a cross-border element)
• Working closely with clients as a trusted Adviser, providing strategic, commercially focused solutions
• Supporting the team's growth through business development and mentoring junior colleagues

Who they're looking for

• A strong background in commercial litigation (4+ PQE)
• Experience handling complex disputes, ideally with exposure to cross-border or technology-related work (desirable, not essential)
• A confident communicator who enjoys client contact, can lead on matters and wants to play an active role in team growth and business development
