Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to specialise in a rapidly growing and technically sophisticated area of practice. You'll advise on high value data and IT commercial contracts, emerging technologies law, and complex regulatory matters, while enjoying real autonomy to shape your role and build on an exceptional platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on high value data and IT commercial contracts.
• Provide support on emerging technologies law.
• Handle complex regulatory matters.
• Generate and develop your own business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial lawyer with solid experience in contract work.
