Commercial Gas Engineer

Join our growing team of Engineers in Sheffield and Stockton-on-Tees and help deliver a commercial council contract to the highest standard.

  • Mon-Thurs: 8am - 4:30pm

  • Fri: 8am - 3:30pm

• Opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and interesting projects, supporting the commercial side of a council contract

• Support sites in delivering building services planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance

• Maintain, service, fault find, and test commercial gas and heating systems

• Provide technical guidance on processes, procedures, statutory regulations, approved codes of practice, and HTMs

• Deliver scheduled, reactive, and remedial maintenance services via the PPM schedule or as requested by the Help Desk or Service Managers

• Work with and support the projects/construction team and technical services supervisor in identifying, scoping, and delivering minor capital works

• Current, in-date domestic and commercial gas certification (essential)

• Previous experience working within a building maintenance environment

• Experience delivering maintenance services to a specification such as SFG20
