A confidential opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Manager to join a PE backed, high growth business based in Nottingham city centre.

This role sits at the centre of a £100m+ cost base and offers real exposure to senior leadership in a fast evolving environment.

The Role

• Cost focused• Ownership of a £100m+ cost base• 3 direct reports, mix of newly qualified and part qualified• Direct reporting line into the Finance Director• Revenue and cost performance oversight• Full ownership of budgeting and forecasting• Accurate revenue recognition• Driving EBITDA improvement• Influencing business decisions at unit level

The Environment

• PE backed• Sales growth of 50%• Recent M&A completed• Further activity expected• High pace, evolving structure

This is not a pure reporting role. It requires someone who wants to understand how the business really works and influence performance as it scales.
