I'm currently partnering with a London firm seeking an NQ+ Disputes Solicitor with experience across commercial litigation and landlord & tenant matters. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants early responsibility, strong client exposure, and a genuinely varied disputes caseload.

What you'll handle:

• Commercial disputes involving contracts, business conflicts, and shareholder issues
• Landlord & tenant matters, including possession claims, lease disputes, and property related litigation
• Advisory work for both commercial and residential clients
• Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and managing matters from an early stage

Who we're looking for:

• NQ-3 PQE (flexible for the right person)
• Solid grounding in commercial litigation
• Experience in landlord & tenant disputes
• Confident communicator with strong drafting skills
• Someone who enjoys a mixed disputes practice and wants to grow quickly

You report to the Head of Dispute Resolution, work alongside specialist commercial, property and insolvency solicitors, and have full access to counsel panels, legal-research platforms, e-disclosure tools and a dedicated support team. The role sits in our London office with hybrid flexibility and the backing of an internationally recognised firm that already handles multi-jurisdictional work.

Essential Qualifications

• SRA-qualified solicitor with 2+ years' post-qualification experience running commercial litigation files from instruction to conclusion.
• Proven ability to draft High Court pleadings, manage disclosure and prepare for trial or mediation under tight deadlines.
• Track record of achieving settlements or judgments that protect client commercial interests and recover costs.
• Excellent client-facing communication and the confidence to advise directors and in-house counsel directly.
• Working knowledge of CPR, costs budgeting and alternative dispute resolution, plus fluency with legal-research and case-management systems.
