Location: Ireland (Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in Sligo)
Due to continuous expansion, we are seeking a Commercial Director to join our leadership team.
Enterprise Defence is building a new generation of enterprise operational intelligence and cybersecurity solutions for large, multi site organisations across financial services, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure.
We are appointing a senior, hands on Commercial Director to work directly with the CEO and own new business growth. This is a lead from the front role focused on closing enterprise deals, opening export markets, and building a scalable commercial function.
This is not a step back role.It suits someone who still enjoys selling and wants real ownership of growth.
What You'll Do- Own and execute the company's commercial and revenue strategy.
- Personally lead and close new enterprise customers.
- Drive new logo acquisition across Ireland, Northern Ireland, Great Britain, and export markets.
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Develop pricing, packaging, and commercial models for scalable growth.
- Work closely with the CEO and technical leadership to commercialise innovation.
- Establish sales processes and foundations that support international scaling.
- Represent the business with customers, partners, and at industry events.
- Background in technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or operational platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to carry and deliver against a personal revenue target.
- Strong commercial judgement and deal instincts.
- Comfortable in founder led, fast moving environments.
- Experience selling into multi site or multi country organisations.
- Exposure to CIO, CFO, CISO, or senior operational buyers.
- Track record of building export pipelines and international growth.
- Entrepreneurial, outcome focused mindset.
- Senior leadership role with genuine commercial ownership.
- Direct influence on the growth and export trajectory of the business.
- Close partnership with an experienced founder and leadership team.
