Cpl Executive have been exclusively retained by our client, a highly successful and rapidly expanding international provider of outsourced services to the life sciences, environmental and food sector. With ambitious growth plans across Ireland and international markets, they are seeking an exceptional Commercial Director to shape and execute the next phase of their commercial strategy.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, this is a high-impact role for an ambitious commercial leader who combines strategic vision with the ability to deliver measurable business growth. You will lead the commercial function, drive market expansion, secure high-value strategic partnerships and build scalable sales capabilities that support long term success.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth within the life sciences or outsourcing sector, ideally selling complex outsourced services, managed services, consultancy or technical solutions. You will be experienced in leading high performing commercial teams, developing sophisticated sales strategies and managing complex, multi stakeholder sales cycles across domestic and international markets.

We're looking for a commercially astute leader who understands how to position value based solutions rather than products, build lasting client relationships and identify new opportunities within highly regulated life sciences environments. Experience engaging with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device or healthcare organisations, together with expertise in CRM driven sales management and commercial forecasting, will be highly advantageous.
