Hays is partnering with a recognised technology business to appoint a Commercial Contracts Manager in a role offering significant visibility and influence.
Your new role
Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead complex client contract negotiations, manage commercial risk, support strategic deals and act as the key commercial advisor on customer agreements.
Key Responsibilities

Lead commercial negotiations with customers.
Review and negotiate software and technology contracts.
Support new business opportunities and contract renewals.
Balance commercial objectives against contractual risk.
Partner with senior stakeholders and legal teams to secure successful outcomes.
Support high-value, strategically important transactions.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven commercial contracts and negotiation experience.
Background in software, technology, SaaS
Strong understanding of contractual risk and commercial decision-making.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate independently.
