Description

The Commercial Contracts Lead will involve the following responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, NDAs, and supply chain contracts.
• Provide guidance on legal issues, manage risk, and maintain registers for patents, trademarks, and contracts.
• Advise on bids and proposals; support negotiations with agents and suppliers.
• Deliver commercial training to internal stakeholders and maintain the legal tasks register.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Provide advice and guidance on contractual matters to internal stakeholders.
