Commercial Contracts Counsel - Tech & Health IT

System C in Liverpool, United Kingdom, is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our collaborative legal team. You will support commercial growth, manage contractual risk, and contribute to corporate matters.

You will work with business units, lead and support contract negotiations, advise on contract lifecycle, data protection, IP, governance, and provide training to bid teams. This is a hybrid role with two days in the office weekly.
