Commercial Contracts & Governance Specialist

Working closely with Sales, CSO, Business Planning, Finance, and Legal, the role ensures that commercial processes, customer engagement standards, and organisational governance are consistently applied and adhered to.

The role supports the structuring and review of commercial proposals but holds no responsibility for pricing decisions. Legal retains full ownership of legal terms, legal risk assessment and approval of any non standard contractual provisions. The Contract Specialist ensures early Legal engagement, clear communication of commercial risks, and adherence to contract governance processes across the business, including escalation of contractual deviations or complex legal issues to the Legal team.
