What You'll Be DoingAs a Commercial Client Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to clients while mentoring junior team members and driving operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a portfolio of commercial clients

Planning, reviewing, and overseeing assignments

Leading client meetings and managing relationships

Coordinating teams and ensuring timely delivery

Budgeting, billing, and compliance oversight

Coaching and developing junior staff

Acting as the first point of contact for clients and introducers

You'll work closely with client directors, managers, trainees, and external professionals to deliver a seamless, high-quality service.
What You'll Bring

ACA or ACCA qualified, with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience

Strong commercial acumen and client-facing confidence

Excellent communication and delegation skills

A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach

A passion for mentoring and developing others

A commitment to continuous learning and improvement
