Commercial Business Partner - Immediate Start

We are supporting a fast-growing, highly regulated business that requires an experienced Commercial Finance Business Partner to join their team on an interim basis. This is an exciting opportunity to add real value in a business experiencing strong international growth, with the possibility of a longer-term or permanent opportunity for those interested.

The role
Reporting into the Head of FP&A, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance and providing financial insight to support strategic decision making. Key responsibilities will include:

• Business partnering with commercial teams across UK and international markets.

• Delivering accurate, timely analysis and commentary to support growth and investment decisions.

• Preparing investment appraisals, scenario modelling, and evaluating new business opportunities.

• Supporting the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process.

• Providing clear variance analysis on commercial performance, overheads, and headcount.

• Involvement in strategic projects including M&A integration and international distributor deals.

About you

• Strong FP&A and commercial finance experience with proven business partnering skills.

• Background in manufacturing,or another highly regulated industry would be advantageous.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Confident working with ERP and BI/data analytics systems
