Commercial Back Office Employee

What you will do:

• Act as a key link once commercial contracts are signed.
• Work closely with sales, logistics, and other departments to guarantee flawless contract execution.
• Manage the entire administrative flow, from contract processing to invoicing.
• Maintain regular contact with internal teams and external clients or partners.
• Use ERP systems to accurately document processes and monitor KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to organizational efficiency.

What we ask for:

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
• Proactive team player with excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum education level: MBO level 4 or HBO.
• Confident, decisive, and proactive.
• Availability: preferably 40 hours per week (minimum 32 hours).
• 2 to 6 years of relevant work experience in a commercial back office or similar role.
