Commercial & Supply Chain Specialist

Our client, a leader in food distribution are hiring in their supply chain team.

This permanent position is ideal for someone with a strong background in supplier relationship management and supply chain control.

• Develop and manage relationships with all core range suppliers to improve inbound service levels
• Increase the flexibility and efficiency of the supply chain by working proactively with suppliers
• Identify new opportunities for streamlining processes, reducing costs, and generating income through effective supply chain delivery.
• Manage and develop supply chain income by increasing existing revenue streams and creating new ones.
• Motivate and manage direct and indirect reports to achieve the best results.

• Ability to maintain effective relationships with key suppliers and third parties
• Strong skills in identifying opportunities for streamlining and reducing costs within the supply chain.
• Experience in managing and motivating teams to achieve optimal results.
• Strong data and analysis skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Sound commercial knowledge to manage and develop commercial revenue streams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in influencing stakeholders at all levels.
