Commercial & Data Legal Counsel - Hybrid, Data Licensing

Signal Group is seeking a Legal Counsel, Commercial & Data to join its in-house team in London. You will own the Group's commercial contracting and data licensing work, negotiating SaaS, API and vendor agreements across the organisation.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Data and Technology, advising across the contract lifecycle and developing the contracting framework to match how data and software are used. Excellent English and senior negotiation experience are essential.
