About the role

The EFI Group is looking for a Receptionist to join our team on a temporary basis.

As the first point of contact for the EFI Group and its two colleges, the Fashion Retail Academy and the London College of Beauty Therapy, you will be at the heart of our organisation, creating a positive first impression and delivering a welcoming, professional experience for visitors, students, staff, and stakeholders.

This pivotal front-of-house role is responsible for delivering a high-quality, inclusive service to students, staff, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and well-organised environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a clear commitment to delivering outstanding customer service within a college setting.

About you

Qualifications: Good general level of education, including English (Grade C/4 or equivalent), and a First Aid qualification or willingness to undertake training.

Experience: Experience working in a college, school, front-of-house, or customer-focused environment.

Expertise: Proven ability to deliver high-quality front-of-house or customer service experiences.

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and visitors, alongside strong organisational and time management skills.
